As far as I know, the Nokia C30 does not have NFC capabilities; it lacks the hardware needed to scan the Libre. This is quite common on budget phones.

Thanks Amy for providing that link for Pauline - from what I can search via Google, Amy is correct. The Nokia C30 does not have NFC - which is the technology in the phone that is used to scan the sensor, also allows the user to do things like make payments with their phone. 

To make 100% sure I would perhaps take the phone into your local provider (like Telstra or Optus) and ask them if the phone has NFC capabilities to scan.

Check if your phones software system is compatible with the other types of CGMs ie Guardian 4, Dexcom 3. Their websites list the phones and software systems that are suitable. I just purchased a Samsung A25 with Android 14 operating system.I t does not work with Dexcom 3 even though their web site says Android version 14 is suitable but works with Libre 2 even though that model is not listed on the Libre 2 website phone list
