For quite some time now I have been enjoying my pasta without any BGL spikes.
I use two products I find tasty and a great substitute (OK - almost) for the real thing.
Its made by "Slendier" and comes from two different sources:
1. "Slendier Calorie Clever Spaghetti Style" made from konjac. 10 Calories/125 g, 1g carbs, 6g fibre.
2.
"Slendier Edamame Bean Organic Spaghetti" made from edamame beans. This is for the more daring and adventurous.
2g carbs per serve, 8g protein and 4g fibre.
Its available at Coles in the health food section (oh, I don't have shares in either organisation)
Regards
Steven
