    I just received my copy of the LOWGIDIET book from Diabetes ACT/NSW
    I have already read it and OMG it has changed my entire outlook on diet now.
    If you haven't got this book, then get it, your eyes will be opened wide

    Thanks for this information. I will certainly get a copy. When I was diagnosed with Type 2 several years ago my GP recommended the GI Revolution. I enjoyed the book very much and in fact read it several times. 

    But, I will get the Lowgidiet Book as soon as I can.
