Just grabbed this book today at Kmart for $19 in-store and on-line (for those regional)
Thought it might be a good resources for those looking at trying to better manage their diet and life-style.
All this recent talk about being able to put my Type 2 into remission has gotten me motivated to try that bit harder rather than just plod along with my medication.
If I can reduce my medication than this would be most welcomed as I still want to live a long life (I'm mid 40s).
Its hard when you are diagnoised at 30 with type 2 due mostly to genetics with a little bit of life-style thrown in the mix.
