Finding new places to walk always gives me a lift. Anything that you can get lost in - gardening is fantastic - growing a few veg in pots is very therapeutic. Craft of all kinds or reading books that are funny or positive. Colouring in is very calming. Anything creative gives a sense of achievement which always makes for feeling good.
