    Dear members,

    Our final new resource we’d like to share during Heart Week is the My Heart Health Activity Diary.

    Regular physical activity can lower blood pressure and help reduce your risk of a heart attack and stroke, with as little as 30 minutes a day of exercise having a positive impact. Being physically active does not just mean playing sport or spending your leisure time exercising. A healthy, active lifestyle involves building activity into all aspects of your daily routine.

    The Activity Diary helps you keep track of what exercises you do each day, your progress, and what areas you and your health team should discuss further.
