  • 1.  Feedback on your experience using My Health Record

    Posted 05-05-2023 10:04
    Hi members,

Earlier this week we posted about accessing your HbA1c results online through My Health Record. Thank you to those members who have responded to the post with feedback on their experience using My Health Record.

We would like to gather any feedback members have on their experience using My Health Record so that we can pass it on. In particular, if you have tried using My Health Record but weren't able to access any pathology results we would like to know the region you are located and name of the provider. We will pass this on so it can be investigated to see if it's a technical problem or related to a provider not uploading.

If you do encounter issues using My Health Record, you can contact the My Health Record helpline on 1300 901 001, 8am – 5pm (AEST/AEDT), Monday – Friday, or email  help@digitalhealth.gov.au.

Thanks for your assistance with this.

Have a lovely weekend, whatever you are doing - Ange.

I logged on to Myhealth record on Friday. There are no blood test results in my record apart from a set from when I was in Strathfield Private. I get mine done 4-6 times per year

I have never ticked the box on Pathology requests to indicate "don't upload". That should mean that results always get added as indicated by the Strathfield Private Hospital results.

So, what gives here? Despite the fact that there is a tick box to opt out, none of my local pathology places uploads results.

How common is this? What have others found?
    regards
    David

I'm in the same boat, David. I logged in and there was nothing there, despite having a couple of blood tests done in the last 6 months and not opting out.

    Hi Lucy,
I am sure that in a much earlier visit the data were there.

Can DA follow this up please?

    Regards
