Dennis and Benedicta Pollock have decided to commence a follow up challenge for their Beat Diabetes YouTube channel subscribers, this time, with the aim for the individual to become non-diabetic (or vastly improved), with an Hba1c in the fives club, by Christmas!

Ben and Den conducted a similar challenge for their subscribers earlier this year, and since many people missed out on that program timing, they are running it again until Xmas.

It is totally free and provides a huge amount of information and encouragement via weekly emails, until the challenge ends in December.

They simply provide informational videos about low BGL spiking foods, as well as a suggested meal plan to follow, with no obligation or further contact.

I actually registered for their earlier challenge that was conducted in Feb'22 through to July'22, even though I was already in T2D remission from three years earlier.

I still found their program to be very informative, and I also picked up a few more low spiking recipes to enjoy.

I would thoroughly recommend this program for everyone, and to at least register to receive the fantastic information and encouragement that they communicate to all the challenge participants.

And of course, after registering, you are not obligated to do any of it that you don't wish to.

I strongly believe that there are no more arguments about which so-called diet is best for a person living with T2D.

I have followed a Low Spike way of eating for the past three and a half years, and achieve T2D remission after just six months, and without any harmful medications.

Since then, I continually attempt to consume whole unprocessed foods, that do not spike my blood sugar levels after eating them - It's that Simple!

During my journey to T2D remission, I quickly realised that I alone, had the power to determine how high my BGL levels are allowed to spike, and it had a lot to do with my own food choices, and not the choices of other (sometimes well-meaning) persons.

Of course, you need to sort out what you can safely eat, all by yourself.

The only requirement is that you test your BGLs after every new meal type, and only consume again, those choices that don't spike your blood sugar levels too high and then crash too low.

If you would like to be involved, and receive Den and Ben's information, simply send them an email, to

    grace@spiritofgrace.org

Then, in the subject line, quote, "Count me in"

    That's it.

So, how many of you participated in the first challenge?
    Any success?

As always, with all the YouTube videos that I post, I like to spend a few extra moments to read through some of the comments left from other viewers. I find this to be very inspiring and supportive.

    Cheers,
    Greg

    PS:
Happy Father's Day to all the dads.
