    I would like to use my health record all the time, but I have been unable to login for perhaps five years. Also, although my bulk billing local doctor is very helpful, their Practice is reluctant to post pathology results to my health record, and I haven't been able to persuade them to do that automatically as they are ( I think unreasonably) concerned about privacy issues.

    Hi David,

    Sorry to hear you have been unable to login. We suggest you contact the My Health Record helpline on 1300 901 001, 8am – 5pm (AEST/AEDT), Monday – Friday, or email help@digitalhealth.gov.au and they can assist with your login troubles. They might also have some advice about encouraging your Practice to upload pathology results.
