Thankfully, I came across Dennis Pollock's YouTube channel, Beat Diabetes, very soon after I was first diagnosed with T2D, over three years ago.
The huge amount of credible information and links that I have been able to discover from Dennis's videos, the books that he has published, and the hundreds of positive testimonials and comments that are recorded with each and every video, has greatly assisted my own eventual and sustained short journey to remission from T2D.
