Thanks for your message. If you are talking about the Daily Digest emails that come out, they are a summary/digest, of all posts and comments that have been made in the 24 hours previous. They are automatically sent out to you the following morning, so to contain all info that has been posted on the Friday (for example).
If you want to check on posts, and discussions happening in real time, you can log in to Diabetes Connect at anytime and look through posts, and comments, or start your own post, if you are looking for information. We love to engage with our members and see the wonderful interactions between members themselves. It makes our community.
