Hi Members,
For Diabetes Australia's upcoming Tax appeal, the fundraising team are looking to share the story of a Member who lives with diabetes.
They would like to highlight your story; what life was like with diabetes when you were first diagnosed, the ups and downs, what technology you can and can't access due to affordability (such as insulin pumps and CGM), and your hopes for the future of diabetes management. This appeal will be focused on advocacy to expand and improve access to life saving technology for people living with all types of diabetes.
Being involved in this campaign is a great way to create awareness of what it's like to live with diabetes with the general public.
