As recently announced, Diabetes Australia is proud to partner with Defeat Diabetes. Defeat Diabetes is a digital program that supports people who want to manage their body weight and glucose levels and work towards remission of type 2 diabetes through a low carb approach.

More than 10,500 people have benefited from the program – people like Bill. He was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and took Metformin for 20 years. With an ever-increasing HbA1c, he decided a new approach was needed. He chose to manage his blood glucose levels by reducing the amount of carbs he ate and joined the Defeat Diabetes Low Carb Program. Within four months, his HbA1c went from 8 to 6.2.

Many people have made the same choice and joined Defeat Diabetes, a doctor- and dietitian-led structured program that uses the latest science to help people transition to a low-carb approach. Defeat Diabetes members learn from videos, articles, and webinars and gain practical tools to put their learnings into practice with 400+ recipes, weekly meal plans and support from a vibrant community.

Sign up with your email address to download the FREE Defeat Diabetes ebook, Type 2 Diabetes and Low Carb, to learn more: www.defeatdiabetes.com.au/diabetes-australia/low-carb-made-easy

Note: Diabetes Australia is a partner of Defeat Diabetes in reducing the impact of type 2 diabetes. Diabetes Australia does not promote or encourage any single diet or eating plan and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to living well with diabetes. People with diabetes should make their own, informed choices about their diabetes management (including eating plans) in consultation with their diabetes healthcare team.
