Kidney support - When subject and hints are made, information on food to avoid, food to add to our diets.  It 's overwhelming remembering all the recommendations. To see advice after each subject would be helpful in reminding us again.  Not everyone remembers all that we read.

    Hi Marna,

We are happy to provide you with any information you would like at any time, that we have on hand. If there is something that you would like a refresher on, more information etc. please just ask.

Was this with regard to our post on the new report reveals massive impact of diabetes-related kidney disease?

Here is a link for you on our Diabetes Australia website regarding Bladder and Kidneys.

There is also a fact sheet of looking after your kidneys here on the NDSS website.

Please always let us know if there is something you would like more information on, whether it relates to a post on the forum or not - we are here to help.

    Take care, Ange.

Thank you ladies.  When first diagnosed 6 years ago I was told my kidneys were not 100%.  Before each visit with the Endo I have the regulars blood tests.  I would like to know what to include in my diet and what I should exclude.  I am only a light social drinker.

Any information you have to share would be appreciated.
