Hi, whenever I have a hypo, I always go for a small carton of apple juice.  It's very convenient to carry one in my bag, and works very quickly. I keep them in my car as well.

I used to carry jellybeans in the car but they went rock-hard with old age. But then I've had one recognisable hypo in over 20 years.

I tend to keep orange juice or something easy to keep like barley sugar or jelly beans in my kit. I should do a proper kit up with a small juice box snd jelly beans etc.

My blood sugar can drop very quickly at times so I always have a can of soft drink handy.
