    Hi Members,

    It's perfectly normal to feel anxious, confused, sad or even bored.  But these feelings can take their toll. So make sure you make some time to care for yourself and to look out for your friends and family.

    Here is tip number 1 of our top 10 feel good be happy tips we will be sharing this month.

    Exercise. Studies show that for treating mild to moderate depression, exercise can be as effective as talking therapy and medication.

    It promotes the release of the feel-good chemicals such as endorphins and serotonin and helps you sleep better so you'll feel more energised the next day.

    You don't have to run a marathon - start small, find something you enjoy and make it part of your routine.
