    Hi, My name is Ann. have had t2 for 28 years. Controlled by diet, medications, exercise. Have been on the defeat diabetes program since Easter 2024. Looking forward to remission by Christmas time. Have read Dr Brukner's book, A fat lot of good. Have ordered Roy Taylor's book from Booktopia. Enjoy eating my meals now that I know my bsls will be low. The DD program has given me a new lease on life and given me the determination to stick to the new eating lifestyle. My exercise plan each week is yoga on Mondays, a long fast walk on Wednesdays and an exercise class lesson with the trainer on Fridays. I have lost some weight ( down to 53 kg) and feel great. I now read the daily digest of comments from everyone which helps.

    Good on you Ann. Great achievements there.

    I have been an admirer of Prof Taylor and purchased his book in 2020.

    His prior works and his book did wonders for me.

    Hi Ann, Thanks for your contribution. I have just bought Dr Brukner's book DD Plan and following the recipes. They are all tasty so far and I hope they will give me some good outcomes. It is positive to hear that you are getting some good results. Good luck on your journey to Christmas time!
