Type 1 - Connect

Thanks Judith for this research info on fgm, cgm  compared to bgl. I only noticed this while searching my earlier posts on comparing cgm/fgm.
i use g6 at moment & will have to revert to finger pricks, i have used L2 & found similar to G6, overall ok, but what is measured in the interstitial space is never the same as bg which as we know is most important.
getting back to the research article it only reinforces what i have experienced, a difference of 10-20% is recorded, but when the numbers are 20% of a number larger than 10mmol/L  the differences can be problematic when adjusting with insulin.
the best thing about thr cgm is when on the go, get an idea of bgl.
